The Regulatory Authority enact laws and Regulates monetary inflows and outflows of financial institutions in the European Union area and some private Banks in the Grand Cayman Islands and the Panama that are not being governed by CIMA. They reserve sole right to review these policies and request for Cross Border Ceritificates that protects customers of offshore private Banks.
